But I don't see a problem. The downforce wouldn't increase massively. I only want to change the way teams create downforce. And with the much wider and softer slicks, the aerodynamics won't be as important as today. |

I have no idea about technical side of things, so I'll stick to a points system.
general point scoring will go back to 2002-system. then give bonus points for pole position , fastest lap, most laps led (each 1 point), and .5 points for each place you gain on track (so during pit stops won't count). off course, technical regulations should make passing easier, without reducing safety. |

Of course it gives those at the back a little advantage of a new engine. Some might say that was a good thing. On a more general point. So the FIA have to fine some consensus in the above? It is as bad as getting all the teams together |

I like that but what about the other support races such as the Maseratis and the Porsches? There wouldn't be time for them!

I don't understand the point of the two different qualifying sessions right next to each other...

I think we might as well lock this one, the ideas it contains are fundamentally flawed.

Aerodynamics:
- Sidepod area between the driver and the rear wing has to be flat (so this means banning all those little wings on the sidepods) Engines: - one engine per driver for practice (free testing not included) - one engine per driver for qualifying and race Tyres: - Start race with the same tyres used in the qualifying (except weather changes) - one dry/dry or wet/wet tyre change allowed in the race except punctures. Refeulling: - banned Race: - Increased race time to minimum of one and half hours (that means about 15 minutes more of Monza action in normal race) - Increase Monaco distance to 305 kms but keeping two-hour-rule. Schedule: Friday 8.00-9.15 free testing (3 cars) for teams who have signed 9.30-10.45 free testing (3 cars) for teams who have signed 12.00-13.00 Free practice 1 (all teams, 2 cars each) 14.00-15.00 Free practice 2 (all teams, 2 cars each) Saturday: 9.00-9.45 Free practice 3 10.15-11.00 Free practice 4 14.00-15.00 Qualifying (3 laps in the track in each 15 minutes) 15.00 Superpole for top 10 with low fuel Sunday: 11.00-11.30 Warm up 14.00-> Race |

No doubt the site has ground to a halt because everyone is in such a hurry to tell the FIA what a great job they are doing.
