apex should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
coulthard coulthard !!!!!!!!!!!

no seriousley folks if coulthard continues to drive like this and finishes on the podium often he is a potential world champion to me.

Many of you don't see him as the best driver around but this year he's very focused on the job.
Remember to win one has too finish first.

I dont think ralf and williams are ready for chmpship crown this year. I dont think they wil have a tire advantage everywhere as they did in imola.

1. coulthard
2. TGF
3. Hakkinen
4. ralf
5. Rubino
6. montoya
7. frentzen
8. panis

Sure I think Ralf can be champion, he drove an almost perfect race on Sunday (and the car is a bloody good one) and if he has a few more races like that, then he stands a good chance! Let's face it, there was no other driver in that race really!

I certainly think he'll be a contender because he'll be winning at least 3-4 more races this year in my opinion. He's driving very well and apparently he's more focussed too -

"Ralf has stopped playing with his toys and concentrated on his job," said Frank Williams to the Daily Mail, when trying to explain the sudden surge in the German's obvious talents.

Technical Director, Patrick Head, agrees. "There is less bobbing around on boats in Monaco. Ralf is much more focused these days," he said.

Apparently Frank and Patrick feel Ralf had a great year in 99 and just began to enjoy the good life last season(he still got on the podium 3 times and finished higher in the WC than ever before!) - meaning they felt he under achieving. They have a very high opinion of him, as most people do, so I think they're right..Ralf has stepped up his game, his concentration is there, and he's always been very quick and aggressive - Now he has the car to showcase his talents so I think with everything coming together for Ralf and Williams - he's definately looking very good to challange closely for the title. Obviously Ferrari and Mclaren are still fav's but you never know.

Whats scary for the opposition is - what will Ralf and Williams do next year??? Lap the entire field?!!

mika wasn't stuck behind trulli. After a few laps he was a second behind. And anyways, if he had some balls, he would have passed trulli

Well, I think that Ralf does stand a very good chance of finishing, at least, in the top 3 of the WC. I would love to see both Ralf and Coulthard take it down to the wire. That would be awesome.

I'll say it again that BMW sacrificed some relability when they produced that super quick engine and this is going to hold Ralph and Williams back from the championship this year. 2002 will be the year for Williams (and hopefully Ralph not Montoya) but I'm hoping that Honda will have things worked out by then and be JV will be fighting it out with them as well.
Come on, you all know you want to see JV and Montoya mixing it up!!

No.

But the better Ralf gets, the weaker his brother will look.

"Less bobbing around in boats in Monaco" eh? Listening Mr. Jensen "I used to drive for a Contender" Butthead?

P.S. Have you noticed that a good look at Ralf makes it obvious that TGF's face is not on straight?
