I don't think this has been mentioned before but apolagies if it has. Another car to add to the list, an Integra DC05 from Sibsport run by Graham Hathaway Engineering.

Also Martyn Bell confirmed for Geoff Steel Racing again. No other cars for that team this year however.

To be honest, after their optimistic claim of 3 cars followed by a deathly silence, that's one car more than I expected from Geoff for 2007. Nice to have two fairly unexpected cars confirmed on the same day.

It wasn't really a claim for 3 cars though was it? It was more a case of being willing to run suitable budgeted drivers if they came knocking on GSR's door...

I don't know if there's a thread for the Clios, but I see there's a whopping 43 cars on the entry list!

Well, I would be willing to run a F1 team if drivers came to me with enough money to do it...

Continuing the LMA Eurosaloons / SuperTouring theme, Simon Blankley spent last year in LMA driving an ex-David Leslie Accord - http://www.redshoes-archive.com/info.php?ID=16195

Confirmed! Looks like it'll be fairly easy to tell the Toledos apart - Howell with the orange strip and flashes, Allison with the yellow.

i wonder if blackley has sold that accord to fund part of this venture, he had a massive shunt at oulton park at the end of last season in it. i do have to say though he is very quick in the super tourer

Certainly Blanckley had the Honda up and running again for the LMA Euro Saloons race at Silverstone 3 weeks after the Outlton shunt. He went on to win the Silverstone race

Do we have an up to date entry list anywhere? Things seem to be shaping up nicely with plenty of variety.

21 cars confirmed, including the 2 Enkes and the second Arkas. 13 S2000 cars isn't a bad starting point, especially when you think that only 12 cars were at the first 2005 race. 17 S2000s seems possible; 17 was as good as it got in 2005. That's basically the point Alan Gow has rebuilt things from.

When officially confirmed, West Suffolk Racing will NOT be running Rick's amazing 1 Series!

Also you are missing off the Scott Racing Bio Diesel powered race car!

Peter, don't be such a tease and just tell us who will!

I thought Scott Racing were looking to compete in several rounds this year, then a full campaign in 2008 - thats why they're not on there.

Alfa Fan has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
No - Scott Racing plan to be doing the full 07 series. The plan was to start with a normal diesel engine and increase the amount of bio-fuel as the year progressed upto 100% for 2008.

Thanks for asking!
Rick Kerry is Team AFM (The full name will announced soon by Rick!)
Rick decided to build and prepare the car himself, so he has put together a team. West Suffolk Racing no longer have anything to do with the car!

I have seen the car, and the work that the team has done is outstanding. Hopefully some pictures will be released soon!

Alfa Fan, even that is not totally clear!
This is taken from the press release from their web-site..
Scott Racing Ltd is hoping to fit the first prototype, high performance race engine to run on 100% biodiesel (B100) into a vehicle in the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).
It does go on to say!
They are aiming to have a car running partly on biodiesel in the BTCC during the 2007 season which runs from April to October – with a 100% biodiesel (B100) fuelled vehicle on the track in 2008.
It doesn't say that they will be at the start of the season, it says during..
The other thing that is not clear from this is what engine they intend to use?

Touringlegend... it WILL be S2000 spec! BTC spec will be dead by next year!

Hey and just remembered - 2 weeks and a bit to Media Day, hopefully a few more plans will be known by then.

And I've put Scott Racing on the list anyway.

There is another driver seriously considering entering this year's championship in Dave Pinkney's old Integra!

Do we still have no word from Encke Sport about its drivers or even its entry confirmation? Media day is barely just over two weeks away.

It has all gone quiet on the Encke front. They've bought the cars, don't know whether they submitted their entry (the deadline was today).
