So it's official now, Girolami will drive for Nika in Slovakia and Portugal, he replaces Rydell. Looks like the deal was already worked out when it was unsure when Rydell will return.

Anyway, great to see Girolami.
Even if i am not sure, if he is really faster than Rydell when only stepping in without testing on this car etc.

Hopefully, they can manage to get the resting TC1-Honda from Proteam, its not really a good thing for a world championship, if one or two of the very rare cars are resting in garages...

They're already in TCR. Hopefully they'll be able to get the Focus running better now that they can focus on that programme 100%.

ACTC kicked Girolami out in 2013 because he crashed another car.

Alas, the father of Girolami is a motorsport regional ruler in the Motorsport Federation of Córdoba... that made shadows over national motorsport. That could explain also some reasons of ACTC to be severe with his son, as a racing driver.
For example, in Córdoba they have their own Formula Renault, called Formula Renault Plus, that is cheaper than the national series and is more open.
Several Crespi Tulia XXV formula cars got shelter in that series. Also Team JLS proved to create their own formula car and used it in that regional formula series.
