Yes, it's no surprise at our time of life. This on top of my mother's funeral last week is, I think, taking the mickey though.

Apologies if I have asked before - but is it possible/enjoyable to camp at BSJ on the Sunday night and leave on the Monday?
Have booked return ferry for the Monday afternoon, but can always book something en-route to Calais to break up the journey a bit. |

I did that last year so unless they've change, you can. The fanzone cafe closes at race end though so you need provisions for the evening.

Question regarding the tickets.
Are the grandstand and general admission tickets combined? Just that my 'Entree Semaine' tickets say "Please do not print this document. Only the second PDF document allows you to enjoy your package" |

I always feel there is an "after the Lord Mayor's Show" atmosphere on the Sunday evening, especially if there isn't a big group of you. |

Generally yes these days. I only have hard copy tickets and they are combined.

There seems to be an option for downloading a PDF which I'll be printing anyway but also for a separate mobile ticket option... But surely you could just have the PDF files on your phone anyway so I don't understand the point of that option. It's the same at Lords cricket they make things complicated by trying to make you download their app. Which is something I don't want on my phone I didn't bother downloading it and then a few days before the match they sent through the PDFs of the tickets without me asking anyway... Which they could've done in the first place! |

This is unprecedented...
Scrutineering Schedule Eight GT3 entries miss out on the trip to Place de la République in the centre of Le Mans on the Friday or Saturday and will instead be scrutineered at the circuit the following Tuesday. |

I don't understand that. On Friday each car gets a half-hour slot. On Saturday it's only 20 minutes. Why the difference and why are so few cars going through on Friday?

Makes no sense at all, especially as they've managed to get the full grid through scrutineering in previous years. I'm baffled, and there really should have been a press release with an explanation accompanying this amendment. I'm very sure this is an amendment to the original scrutineering timetable I saw.

Of course, we've watched the pesage set up collapse around the final car that passes through each section on the second day of scrutineering several times, most notably Nigel Mansell's one and only visit as a competitor.

Do I need a Crit'Air sticker for the car? I'll be doing Le Havre to the circuit on the way and driving to Calais via Rouen on the way back.
I just seen that it's probably too late to order one, as I've only just seen the requirement. |

I received mine just 11 days after ordering. You also get sent a certification by email after ordering to cover you if you don't get the sticker in time. It's as cheap as chips so I'd cover yourself by ordering now.

Excellent, all booked up now.
Another question - any chance of the Scotland v Germany game being shown around the circuit on the Friday? I understand it's unrelated to the event, but I don't want to miss out on a historic Scottish tournament appearance! |
