Wow, that Tandy pass between two other cars! I can't believe that worked out.

Seems like Porsche are quicker, as they were in practice and qualifying, but traffic being a major factor here - and Derani doing well in getting through it - is allowing the Caddy to hold on for as long as it has.

I seem to remember the multiclass (GT3 and GT4) Indy 8 Hours in 2021 was equally as chaotic. It’s the combination of awkward corners and heavy braking zones that don’t lend themselves particularly well to this type of racing.
Having said that, I’m enjoying this green stretch at the moment. Both Porsches get past Derani at T1! |

Is strange. Was article on Endurance Info site where they say Chip Ganassi said perfect driver was Sebastian Bourdais. I think that strange. If I was Mr Ganassi I would say Scott Dixon is perfect driver if I choose driver from own team. |

They're talking about this race being 6 hours with all classes and 55 cars. What classes are missing here? I'm confused.

We’re not missing any classes here but next year it’ll be a MEC round, hence the extra cars.

I think they were just referring to the fact that so much of the calendar is not going to be all 4 classes next year, but all of the endurance rounds will be.

For an Indy car yes, his sports at driving isn’t nearly as dominant. And he admits it’s lack of practice to be a top flight driver of that discipline.

One less Porsche for Petit. Metni has a non racing injury that will sideline him and the team couldn't put together a new driver lineup in time.

Got 50 bucks? You're tiny like a race car driver
One less GT3R and an entire field fewer Beetles this year for more LMP3s and GT4s |

It's probably a good one to wander over to T10 and the backstretch with the kid or catch the start of 1 of the races from T1 to camp. They aren't afraid of body modifications

Inside turn 10 is where I usually setup our ez-up. Right in front of the jumbotron TV. Great place to watch. If anyone want to say hello, just look for a white ez-up with the letters JT on the sides in red. I'm usually setup by 7:30am on Weds.
