15 was on cold new tyres - 83 was catching fast and mooved to the left whilst the 15 was on the right ...there was a gt3 on the left and they were catching fast - 83 moved to the right to overtake the gt3 and hit the 15

Yeah, the onboard from the BMW didn't make either look at fault clearly.

I stand corrected a bit from the following GT camera. Looked like Kubica drifted too far right compared to what he needed. In fairness the road likely pushes you more right too but you gotta control your line
