Looked like it from the in-car camera, Bomarito was distracted by the passenger door and ran off the track.

I am starting to like the track lighting, it really
is great for tv and these cars look awesome under the lights. Time for those at the track to start heading toward the front stretch stands, fireworks (probably) coming up around 8 or 9 p.m. |

It was interesting to see that the M6 GTLM has got a very different headlight beam pattern on track to the Porsches. The Porsches had very little light in the foreground on track, instead throwing a lot of light out to the side and on to the safer barrier when on the oval.
The BMW had most of its light straight in front of the car in a dim glow and no light being shown out to the side and onto the safer barrier. |

Well they are the oldest cars on track, bordering on ancient in prototype terms.
You can freshen up your house as much as you want but if the foundations are close to their limits then it might be time to cough up the cash and move. |

It's NOT a rough debut for Ford folks. It's a NEW endurance race car in an endurance race. When have it ever been the expectation that a car in that position even lands on the podium?

Fair enough, not really expecting them to win. However, the early onset of problems was surprising given the length of their test program.
