Having looked it up on the DVLA site, it is a Costin Amigo and it's MOT'ed until this time next year. In case Wiki is correct, here's the page for it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Costin_Amigo

Mike beat me to it but yes, it's a Costin Amigo. A wooden chassied car with Vauxhall oily bits designed by Mike Costin (who was also involved in the design of Gerry Marshall's Big & Baby Bertha Super Saloons and of course The Marcos).
