Now from the front, with the omnipresent 3 stars that will decorate everything argentine for the next four years.

I will say it again, i love it, and it kinda uses the HRC colour scheme.

This was Julian Lepphaile 0km 208 C2 that was about to race this weekend on Alta Gracia:

This is the car today:

Probably a total loss, but Julian is ok

What will happen with Pro racing now that Lincoln are running the Chevrolets?

I was just watching one of the Levys saying that Pro Racing will continue...

I want to believe in their work, but they're total amateurs in the comunication department

Yes, was taken to the hospital for observation, had shoulder pains, but he was dismissed after checking everything is ok.

Gaston Iansa started asking the other pilots and the series if is there anything they collectivelly can do to help replacing the chasis, since Lepphaile was coming back to racing in the series after 3 years, so he could continue.

Yesterday I tried to watch the Turismo Nacional. But the announcer Luciano Kinder is way over the top, and my ears bled.

Turismo Nacional C2 driving standards very questionable
In there race, a lot of battered cars by the end

I would say that "someday someone will be hurt" but last year a pair of drivers did actually ended in a hospital with broken bones.

The "chapa chapa" (basically contact, rubbing and droping pieces of cars all over the place) just for the show is stupid, but is the unofficial motto of the series, and the public loves it for some reason.

And a chilean, Felipe Barrios Bustos, who will continue driving the Renault Fluence of the Axion Energy Sport team

Do you have a quote for the Lincoln entry? Even Levy mentioned it as Pro Racing

Confirmed that the "ex Chevrolet" team is fielded as YPF Elaion Pro Racing, and their Cruzes looks almost the same as last year:

Also the Axion Fluences still look cool:

The TGR Corollas turned to the Dark(ish) side in some details:

The Octanos Fiat Cronos do look nice in yellow (even if last years Orange was nice):

And.. the YPF-Hondas are still the coolest (also, pretty much in line with HRC global image)

I think it's nature of this class. Large grids, fierce competition, short wheelbase cars which are not the most stable, drivers with emotion.

I watch both TC2000 races in full.

A bid sad to see few top drivers. Aramendia did pretty well in his debut, given this is the most powerful racecar he ever drove, and is essentially an amateur (he has a week job).

The TC2000 is in a really harsh spot now, is a bit sad.
The races were meh, the first one was entertaining, the second not so much.
Some of the new drivers were really good, specially Marquez, but Aramendia wasn't too far, OTOH TGR really needs someone besides Santero.
The handicap system is a ****ing mess, still don't undestand why put penalties on the first race using last year championship.
The 2 series racing together works for covering the small fields, but also highlights that some drivers/cars aren't really there... Traut was slower than the TC2000 series.
Talking about TC2000 series... its just sad, they're good prospects there, but 6 cars is too few, and the 2nd race only had 3 cars racing because of a crash, which itself higlights one of the problems of a 2 race format for series with few cars... a pair of crashes or big mechanical failure can really decimate the grid for the main race.

On the good side: Good showing from the big names of the series, Pernia, Santero, Llaver and Montenegro are as sharp as ever.
And good showing from Honda, even if they themselves hate that car.

On the other side of the racing universe: The TCPK started a new year, this time being supported by the TCPPK (TC Pista Pick Up, i always cringe of the "series" moniker of the Levy's smaller series... but the ACTC is as bad with the names), which had its inaugural race with 7 cars/trucks, which is low, but seeing the numbers the TCPK got over time, they'll surely grow.

In the "Bigger" series, not much changed, Gianini won, and Werner was 2nd, with nice race from the Martinez family and Diego Ciantini, it was entertaining-ish.
I think they need more laps.

I really can't see TC 2000 surviving going head to head against TCPickups, in fact with the six series of TC and the two of TN so strong, is there ant future at all for either Tc2000 or Toprace.

The TC2000 needs to get out of the Carburando umbrella, they're the ones that put the series in the shitty situation it is now, and are the main ones that are doing the ACTC vs TC2000 thing
