Very sad to hear today that John Bowers, owner of the Lotus 25 raced by Andy Middlehurst, passed away whilst en route to Spa for this weekends' event.

Red Flagged again, won't restart. With so many cars doing 3'50" and above I guess the conditions are horrible and that it means nothing to insist.See U morrow.

Lot of cars did not go out . We had very useful session sorting out fuel tanks . Poor David did not get a flying lap but Gilbert in good shape for tomorrow . Bed time . Long day tomorrow

Q 2 has been Red Flagged twice very early. No traces of the lap times makes me think it's been really messy. Race tonight EU time.

Kick off 15:50, local time Finish 21:50.
For me thats a start at 10 to midnight and finish at 5:50 am.

Just over half distance, and Gilbert running 61st overall, 8th in class atm. (37 laps) David showing as at the wheel. Its still showing 0 pit stops (looks like the only car running yet to stop!)

In the pits during the Six Hours mean: signal you gonna stop, find your garage and crew, stop, then rearwards cose you went too far, find the co-driver who's waiting for a free access to the toilets, he then changes his trousers and jump into the car, goes to the gaz station, cleans the windshield, completes the tank, looks for the cap in the dark which has gone under the car swearing like heck, tries to find his way out, makes several U turns swearing again, and finally joins the track forgetting the damn white lane!
