Nissans are on the pace in P1.
A mixed top 10 in P1 too - 4 Holdens, 3 Nissans, and 3 Fords. |

Will be interesting to see what the changes to the esses deliver...with the bitumen on the outside likely encouraging them to try going two-wide through there, will be interesting to see how they adjudicate if the outside guy straight-lines it.
Reckon they should have painted the off-track bitumen a different colour too, at least for driver's sake for sighting if not for viewers. |

Erebus into the top 2 P2 spots; good to see Scotty's new car is on the pace now, just behind them.

Umm any one else disapointed we haven't got anything on the box today! The other type of horse power instead!

Yeah but all you missed was a Supercheap Mustang taking out another team car, Frenchy fluffing it again, Garth up the front, a storming drive from Will Brown, and a Cam Waters moment for Fullwood.

That could have been tragic in the Toyotas. Fortunately nobody got hit by the car while it was rolling and the marshalls in the ute that was hit by it got out immediately. The driver was assisted out too and taken to the hospital.

Makes me laugh, Joe Public watches cars behind two fences these days, while marshals are apparently bulletproof, often standing in the line of fire. That footage of the marshal wandering around scratching his bum at the fence as Scotty torpedoes into the wall at the Gold Coast, and now this shows a level of OH and S hypocrisy IMO.
I'm glad it appears everyone is okay, and we all know what will be used in the Sandown story on the news tonight... |

Drama for the #97.
Smoke on the right rear. Something is broken. Until now it was a impressive drive from last row to first |
