Message from Akio Toyoda to SGT HEROES 2019 party. For Super GT affiliates Thank you for the 14 years which we have participated by Lexus brand. We got driver's title by #6, and team title by #37. And... We have showed you the final accident of Lexus with 5 teams (in the dream race). Now we can participate by the GR Supra from the next season without leaving any regrets. Rivals, thank you in advance for competing with us. Postscript Hirate-san, thank you for participating in the Lexus' accident as a former Lexus driver (in the dream race). (I'm sorry for ruining your race (in the dream race).) Last edited by Japanese Samurai; 6 Dec 2019 at 13:17. |

With Fred Mako returns to full-time IMSA ride, he won’t be racing at Super GT next season.

Thanks. Nexen's heritage in motor racing is very small. If they come into the big league, they will struggle big time in the beginning. Drama will always find us while someone entertains crisis. It takes courage to decide not to watch a drama-filled race.

According to SGT official guidebook,
Nissan's 2nd fresh engine had only undergone minor updates due to the development resources allocated to the 2020 spec engine. |

Shinya Sean Michimi is signed for 4 endurance races of 2020 IMSA WTSC season (Daytona, Sebring, Watkins Glen & Road Atlanta),
no date clashes with next Super GT season if he decides to continue. |

Most interested in who the new JAF-GT car is. I want it to be Mazda, but I do not know which vehicle they would use. Perhaps Mazda 3?

Speaking of sponsorship, will Pacific Racing have another anime collaboration or they'll stick the iconic Gulf livery?

What is Team Le Mans going to do in 2020 after they lost their Toyota/Lexus deal?
Nothing at all, or move to another brand? And with their Super Formula programme? |

Team LeMans seems to switch the category to GT300 class.
But at least, one driver will be Yoshiaki Katayama (Team owner's son). |

So you mean that the LeMans replacement team might be different team as well besides Cerumo? If Matsuda participate IGTC in full time , then Chiyo might return to SUPER GT. |
