Webb’s matters arising from Qualifying:

Webb failed to activate his speed limiter in Pit Lane, Webb was excluded from the results and fined $1,000 by the Stewards.

The car was allegedly impounded but the police as it was considered stolen, hadn't heard any more after that....

There was also some question marks around a Ute, & police also escorted a team member from one of the MX5 cup teams, from the property - he will aparently front the courts on Monday....

Busy weekend from the boysin blue... & thats just from within!!!

certainly was a great run in R3 he should be in the Fujitsu series full-time or even main game he would of had a great round resault if it wasn't for R2.

Whats the rule on starting positions in the Fujitsu series?

I thought it was like the main game - start from where you finish the last race.

Flat spotted a tyre on the opening lap... when in the lead and really pushing, locked a brake, and ended up back on that flatspot... which killed the braking performance and the car ended up off the road whilst in the lead...

Starting from mid pack in R3.. cars were going off everywhere... crash and bash which should make for good teev... the #61 car was quicker than most around him and took a strong 6th place.

The technical scrutineers were looking at the #19 car who finished directly in front of the #61 car...

... for some race tape that had apparently been used to tape from the rear windscreen to the bootlid, and other tape partially sealing off the bootlid...

.. an aero aid it is supposed to be... except conventional wisdom suggests it doesnt work....

Allegedly between the car's former owners and the car's current owner around the alleged payment for the vehicle... allegedly...

Yes, it is clearly in the tech regulations that all gaps to remain unfilled...that car is in breach IMO. As suggested, from an aero point of view, it's the wrong location to go looking for gains.

The bigger metal guards are BA spec, as debuted by FPR at Clipsal 2006, and I think used by most Level 1 Ford teams throughout last year. The composite guards were only introduced this year.
