DPi is barely a race anymore ..... or rather, this is playing out like an endurance race.

The No. 52 PR1 Mathiasen Motorsports entry wins LMP2 by default. Congratulations to Matt McMurry, Gabriel Aubry and Dalton Kellett.

Hey! We were just to the right of this shot I think! Under a tree for shade, and next to a bees nest! Three generations at the track for first time ever for us today. Seen less action with a 7 year old in tow, but wonderful nonetheless.

That was a brilliant pass by the 4.
I love Land, but that moving under braking isn't really on. |

Just hiked around to the backside of the track and found the bridge at turn 8 closed. Wtf? So had to shlep my ass back around the long way. But in the plus side cars at top speed going down the hill is a sight to see.

Has the #5 got the beginning of brake problems? A lot of brake dust coming from the left front.

52 has gone wide at turn 3 twice in last 15 minutes. Takes the escape road and stays out of the wall.

So, trackside, after the Lexus caused the caution at turn 3, the 5 Cadillac was gapping everyone. Then looked likehe pit earlier than other prototypes and began getting that ground back. But, it hasn't cycled back up to that big lead since. Is there a story there? Curran? Or an extra stop? It looks like clearly the fastest car.

I must say I've been slightly impressed by Wayne Taylor Racing Cadillac's effort to remain on the lead lap. They've been close to getting lapped a few times.

I wish I had that power. Besides I only repeated what Hindy said so it might not even be right |
