Excellent stuff, Garc. I am not sure if Simon and Kim will be going next year yet but, by the sounds of it, yourself, Allon and I are interested. I'll drop you a line shortly and we'll see if we can't work something out

PS As far as I am aware you can drive the Winnebago on a normal licence. The problem is getting one on a self-drive basis. Most companies I have spoken to expect to deliver the thing for you at great expense! I wonder if anyone can suggest a suitable company??

I will be there with my team, or a newer version of same. We are debating about where to camp as we had a good place in Houx Annex except for next door with their Elvis concert and flag stealers, but we really liked KN being next to the track and the toilet block is far better there.
We will be hiring more journalists next year. The ACO have cracked down on photographers and we will be taking one only, the others will be taking photos in areas where they don't need vests. I want to get out of the paddock next year except to go home and sleep! So I need more help for next year. |

This year was my first, I slept for two whole hours up against the fence in the Porsche Curves. Guess I'm addicted now.
Atmosphere is undiscribable, count me in for next year! |

Going to try!
I hope to be able to go next year. I'm planning on being in Europe for the Oxford study abroad program, but if it's during the European tour part of the program (it was this year) it might be hard/impossible to get away. But I'd rather be at Le Mans than anywhere else that weekend, so making the pilgrimage is a high priority.

I think I'm going to have to make the trip next year. I've got no excuse if I start planning now!
I quite like camping, that's no problem. I've just got to work out the best way to haul my raggardy backside down there. I guess I could drive, but I've never driven on the continent so I'm a bit wary of remembering which side of the road I should be occupying! |

Keep saving MiniMangler, maybe in a couple of years you can join us out in LM. It's a great value event, so not completely out of your reach on wages from a part time job.
