So far, we've not had any such problems in DTRC with cars like Rod's, mine, John Cross' all with 500bhp plus, and considerable straight line speed compared to some of the mid-to tail end cars. Quite dramatic in some cases.

So far being the operative word(s) Rob but you know as well as I do how fickle us drivers can be. Getting blown into the weeds gets boring after a while if you are on the receiving end and not the one doing the blowing if you know what I mean. This is my personal opinion for what its worth but I think any guy who is anyway the slightest bit competitive and is not going in any competition simply to be part of it and make up the numbers, needs to feel he has a chance of glory and being at the sharp end at least on paper or theoretically or just what is the point.

Tell me about it. I have no problems being one of those mid/tail end cars. What matters to me is my class position and at the moment, I am battling for class honours which i find quite satisfying.

Andy did you notice any of the other cars out there at Lydden while you 3 where at each others door handles ... the 3 being Andy, Alex and Greg.
