Hehehe the suspicious side of me wouldnt be surprised if the Boost wrap is still on that car come season end..... and it might even grow some Stanaway stickers on the rear side window ready for next season. Just sayin.....

Is there any reason Mr Courtney didn’t get penalised to launching the #11 into the fence? I mean the commentators made a joke of it, suggesting it was “Anton being Anton” which is probably disrespectful, especially since they didn’t tell the viewer if he was ok or not..

Probably because it was pretty apparent Anton kinda did it to himself, when he checked up after giving Wood a tap, not really giving the concertina behind much option given the location.

My thoughts exactly, all in all good hard racing throughout the weekend. Nightmare for Mostert, Waters drove the wheels off particularly chasing a second victory on Sunday but a deserved win for Brodie and Erebus to crown their Bathurst win.

Interesting that Mr Davison struggled with his DJR Mustang at the Boost GC 500 yet neither he or the team reckon the chassis has any remnants of the Bathurst crash damage impacting the performance Here

Unless I missed something, it was reported that the team welded in a new A pillar into this chassis, along with a bunch of other stuff.. it is difficult to imagine that it wouldn’t be bent in ways they can’t immediately get to…

Team18 junked their chassis for a lesser, but still huge, track incident

And DJR has at least one spare Mustang chassis..

Both were big hits, depending what damage was done to the main cages. The T18 hit looked particularly nasty.
