I'll be there again I hope - but like a few of us I'm in '65 mode at the moment so I might need a little practice to get used to the '67 monsters again!!

Pete, don't worry about going off a lot, we all started our online experiences like that lol.
Good setups for the BRM at Kyalami are hard to come by at least for my driving style so I use my own, but there should be a great enough selection. If you like I can email you all the BRM/Kya setups I have on my HD? (just PM me your email address) |

That's pretty respectable for the BRM given how little GPL you've done.
That indicates your Lotus PB should be around 1m28... |

Still haven't driven GLP 67 for weeks. I've been driving little other than Proto C since I got back from Le Mans..... |

Ok guys another 6 laps at Kyalami in the BRM and a 1.29.5 now but i did run out of fuel .
Is the indy race on the oval or the 67 circuit as i have neither on my pc at the moment and will need practice? Pirenzo that setting is 100 times better than anything i have had before , i still spin but not 300 yards from the pit exit as before. My mistakes happen when going in that tad too late on the brakes and run wide on exit,i will learn. |

Indy oval I think...
Its not working for me right now annoyingly, I'll have to get to the bottom of that, just causes a CTD when I click the green button to enter the pitlane. And as I said, brake early A good car length earlier than you would in another car. Its because if you go in too deep you drop the revs too low fighting for control, and then of course your acceleration on the exit is poor. |

Guys for your attention i will be at the first race and this is what i aim to do. If you come across me on a straight i will stay where i am and let you pass. If you come across me in a corner i will stay on the racing line as in real life you have to find a safe way passed me i will not block anyone. If i see your car along side i will give way. I know i am slow so i will be watching my mirrors, I have spun off trying to keep out of the way online, so i hope you all bare with me .Please bare in mind i am slower into corners than you so allow for this and try not to rear end me.
Many thanks Pete Roll on KYALAMI |

yep, sounds all fine to me Pete. I prefer to work my way around than have people jump out of the way, its far less predictable that way...

I have a meeting next Tuesday evening, but I should be able to get there, even if I'm late for the start. So don't count on me as a host. (BTW, I haven't tried to host since applying the BW patch and since the advent of iGOR).

I'd imagine most would rather just get this one over with, its not the best car at everybody's favorite track is it? (apart from mine that is) |
