If you haven't, you really ought to check the forums " The Chassis History Archive" first! It can be found through the forum jump options at the lower right of the forum display page (main page). For now I will give you a direct link.

How did you find all that out? And is there a way to figure out which chassis raced as which number during races e.g. Which of the chassis belonging to Jetalliance races as 33 etc? Quote:
Never even noticed that part of the site before. Tom. |

I'm in the beginning stages of putting together a website featuring all the chassis info you'd ever wanna know about today's sports racing cars, it's still a long ways away though. I've got the histories for most of today's cars though, so if you want to knwo anything specific about any car, or other cars, let me know. |

Wow so Aston bought back the Aston from BMS and that is the winner from this year, never knew that.
Thx for the overview, been looking for something like this. |

So, those BMS cars COULD win races, it just seems BMS couldn't?

I would have thought the teams would have kept their own chassis's instead of swapping them between AMR, Larbre & BMS.

I understand that DBR9/8 (This years Le Mans winning car) has been sold to private collector, in fact it was bought from Prodrive just after it crossed the line.
In fact I have seen the car and about a week ago it was on display in JCT600 Aston Martin in Leeds. |

Spotted yesterday after the LMS race in the pit lane: DBR9/108, in the 2006 #007 Le Mans 24 livery.
Was rolled through pitlane and parked next to the Team Modena DBR9 and Charouz Racing Systems Lola B08/80 Aston Martin. As I was curious to see if it was really the DBR9/3, which would have meant it had gone from Larbre back to Prodrive probably, it kinda surprised me to see this 'new' number. |

Nor have I...perhaps one of our Czech friends could try and find out at Charouz, perhaps it is in his museum (where more Tomas Enge cars are).

Wanted to take a picture, but the lens i used made it impossible to get a sharp shot.
So only have images of the car itself... As far as I know the car at the stand was a DBRS9. |

Doesn't say the chassis number in the advert, but had it confirmed as the DBR9/108, like it was at Silverstone.
Did not ask what race it took part in. |
