For the last 14 (!) weeks my copy has been arriving 8 days late on average! Several of them actually took 14 days and arrived after my replacement issue turned up. Yes, I live abroad, but my copy used to regularly turn up on Saturday which I thought was OK. Don't know what the hell is going on, I've been emailing and telephoning almost every week. Dovetail Services are completely crap at dealing with the problem and I keep getting fobbed off. Brown envelopes or jiffy bags, doesn't make any difference.

It's driving me f'ing mental. Been a subscriber for more than two decades, don't think the service has ever been so crap. Couple that with a mag that isn't quite what it used to be and I wonder whether they have a grand plan to get rid of the subscribers and only produce e-reader versions.
