Go back and read from the beginning. ST and you were very vocal on that point. That the teams do not want to race over summer.

Really?? I was very vocal on that point was I??
Truth is Brick, that FIRE asked why the ST's don't race over summer and the answer is so simple its not funny....they are not part of the summer series. That is what I replied to him. Why you have to come in on such an obtuse angle to try and make out that you are some sort of motorsport genius, is just bizarre. But whatever tickles your fancy there buddy Btw, any news on how many 'Next Gen' NZV8's are going to be on the grid come round 1? Have they hit double numbers yet? Do they have any drivers of any substance yet? (ignoring Bargwanna of course)? genuine question to you as I don't know. I have heard though that Nick Ross has switched to a Nissan that is powered by a 4.7L motor....is this true? The NZV8TC website as always has nothing of significance to report on. Cheers |

SHORT fuses hey brick. Now back to the racing.
Can anyone tell me where I can find the decision that took 40 points from Edgell? |

If they are concerned about giving better value to sponsors (both Series plus each teams sponsors) then I would have thought that running right through out the country, rather than right throughout the year, would give better value to the sponsors....

I have come to the conclusion that no matter who it is running what show, there is no figuring out why they do a lot of things.

Thinking about organisation, can anyone confirm that the refuel kits are available and we will get proper endurance racing at the next event

Re: the re-fuelling, I heard from someone within one of the teams (M3), that all cars were going to be fitted with the new gizmo's in time for the 2nd enduro round.
That's what I was told from M3, and I would trust they know what they are on about. But keep the salt shaker handy..... |

So HP, you gunna get a nomex suit? You should do imo and write it off to the business. Then get it embroidered with your logo and website. You can get basic FIA rated suits quite cheap these days. Would you also have to wear FIA boots and gloves to?

But, when I get gold in the future I'll definitely consider it. Vortex were advertising $185 suits on their Facebook the other day which I thought was quite cheap. No gloves necessary - only 'leather shoes' or better. |

This is going to be great from a spectators point of view - proper endurance races, instead of longish sprint races.
I'm already starting to imagine how many different ways TV3 presenters can screw up now though, could turn into a bit of a comedy fest? In saying that I thought they did a pretty good job last time out, especially considering it was live (well same weekend anyway, I am pretty sure its all cut live). Oh and Percat should be a good boost for Manuell/M3. |
