Marcus and Juan put on a f'in clinic. I know they are wondering (at least Kurt Bush) is how could they battle so hard for the lead and still pull away from him... Too bad Ambrose look like he had a tire going down. Maybe when NASCAR lets these teams have Fuel Injection we won't have "Carb Spring Issues" can you believe such a thing? Also they can have telemetry, its not like the majority of the teams don't already have and use it, when testing. One other thing, if we can eliminate the "knuckle dragging" out there with some serious penalties we wouldn't have Tony Stewart running Boris off the road into an accident only because he didn't want to lift and knew there would be no backlash if he drop kicked him. There's nothing wrong with racing hard and I wish the people at NASCAR with 6th Grade Educations would get that. Avoidable contact is just that, if you dump somebody on purpose you should get a drive through, plain and simple. |

Fair points, one thing is for sure i hope JPM has the oval win monkey off his back by the time they roll around to Indy 2011.
Wonder how Ambrose performance today will affect any potential seats for next year, im hoping there is an announcement in the next 6-7 days. |

Ambrose is rumored to replace Kahne in the 9 apparently.

I heard the #9 or #19. Saddler is leaving and Kahne is rumored to be leaving Petty for something else.
Ambrose does have a legacy with Ford. Not sure that's an upgrade other than a multi-car team. I think Kahne is a bit better than he's shown and I think AJ could have won by now if they were able to keep a car under him. |

Anyway, I'm normally all for the short track style of rubbin is racin, but the move Stewart put on Boris should have gotten him parked. It woulda at any local track you go to. Hell, just this past week the second place guy in the Ministock division got DQ'd cause he dumped someone on the last lap. |

Twas great racing between the #42 & #47 - hard, tough & no touching, awesome to watch .
Congrats to Juan on the win - hope Marcos gets that #9, he sure can mix it with these "good ol boys" & deserves to be out there! |

Caught the highlights of the race yesterday and massive congrats to Ganassi and Montoya!!
I couldn't believe it when I heard that it was his first win since Sears Point in 2007? I could've sworn he nabbed a win last season because he got into the chase. Come on Juan Pablo really hoping you can get some more regular wins under your belt now. |
