According to Endurance-Series website, Peugeot-Sport is having this week a 30 hours test in Spain, and the drivers would be...Gené, Wurz, Montagny, Bourdais and...Loeb !!!!
I just can't help thinking rally star Sébastien Loeb is seriously aiming 2010 Le Mans race...too much evidences(lots of testing in the 908 for him) |

Depending on what Gil decides to do, Simon may be driving for Duncan Dayton/Patron Highcroft this year, though Pagenaud is a Peugeot test driver...

Pagenaud will probably be de Ferran's driver in the IRL.

Are we not talking about 2010 ? Im well aware of what and where he drove .
He was a Acura contracted driver for most of the year , and he drove a Pug at Le Mans for Pescarolo . I can either see him driving a Pug for De Ferran in ALMS or an Acura for Highcroft . |

Quite right, I was responding to the statement I quoted. I would not be surprised at all if he appeared for Peugeot at LM - given that there is no conflict with the 2010 IndyCar calendar at present, the only reason for him not to appear with Peugeot if they want him would be that he remained under a Honda retainer and was placed with an Acura team instead. That latter possibility is highly speculative at best.

Well now, latest rumour is a Fernandez/Pescarolo tie up in the ALMS with a full Mexican crew , a Le Mans entry .
I want an invite to their hospitality unit please , I could do with a plate of Burritos and Chimichangas at Tetre Rouge at 4am !!! |

To my mind this is more likely De Ferran that will run the 4th 908(this rumour is stronger than the one about Lowe Fernandez/Pescarolo)
Hope we'll get the answer this week |

I dont think the article mentioned Lowes at all .
The De Ferran story is stronger only because its been going around the forums longer .I reckon this sounds credible . |

So all we could currently say now is that the 4th 908 at Le Mans seems to be "american"(either mexican or brazilian)
