Geva-Nelson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I will instruct my drivers to wave to the marshalls as they should!
good to see the grid still growing red, should be a nice finale for the zetec era.

So is my man Nick mate.
You guys want to hear something funny? last year we had a Dennis Retera fighting it out with Tappy and Donnely. Massive fight between Jamun and Geva and those drivers. 2006 comes along and... Duncan Tappy is our drivercoach for the festival. Who said u cant make good friends whilst fighting for a big prize.

what I find funny about Zetec drivers is the Clubman lot were all up in arms at the start of the season about not getting rounds at Brands and always wanting double headers but where are they on Festival entry list????? They have at least a double header of races and at Brands Hatch. If it was not for the european drivers the zetec festival would be very quiet.....I know some are driving but there must be many more who complained at the start of the season and not out in the end of season festival?

thought it was 47.8 or something but that was way back in 01 or something. We usually are in the 48 dead or 48.2 range. Nick however is racing a 2000 mygale, not nearly as good as the 05 car we used last year. That driver however doesnt have the money to go to the festival.

We've got Tappy working for us this week, just spoke to him, he was very impressed with Nick Catsburgs progress.

I missed Auke on the entry list, so I suppose it's him being short of cash?

well after the mega-crash at zandvoort he missed the July round at Brands so he would have had to learn the circuit while everybody else already know it.
Also that crash didn't do his budget any good so we'll concentrate on the final races with him.

Yes you visit me this year please Eddy! I'll be there testing on Thursday

No FF1600 times yet?

Expect the Zetec pole times to be low 48s

So it's going to be wet then...

hurrah for the wet !!
Dont think the pole will be in the low 48's. tappy, donnely and retera didnt really get to 48.0 last year. In july the track was horrendously slow.

It was a nice event, not one of the greatest. Enjoyed the racing a lot but shame about the rain, it made things so different.
Kents were in general great, Zetec had the odd flaw, Duratec was overall very good.
Shame about the banger like racing in the Duratec final, guess that must have been the weather? Or is it just driving standards?
