You did.
To celebrate 30 years of Rotor Racing we are running some of the cars that remain in various events. We have had the JT7 road car out in Scottish sprints and hillclimbs, have converted the first S2000 to sprint spec and will run it in the second half of the season and just to give the S2000 technical panel something to do, will run the last Rotor built, the banned S2000 (now modified), in the stand alone Pinto races. Looking forward to it but really unfit having had to give up exercise due to old age. 20 plus laps of Donington will sort me out. See you there. |

Excellent! Sadly it looks like I won't be competing, last minute gearbox problems and no time to sort out, but I'll be there to support and cheer!

Good to meet you Mark
Tough weekend for us. Car was playing up (split throttle cable ) and it threw me off a couple of times when it partly jammed in the sleeve. I could not understand at first what was going on but when it finally jammed fully open I headed for the pits. Was too old and fat to race in the heat so tried to have fun while I kept out of every ones way. Glad to say I managed it. Tons to do before the next Pinto race but already looking forward to it. Thanks to all who made it happen. |

Looked like the Senna sign if I am not mistaken. Hope to get some ability back soon. |

Either that or putting down some rubber to provide extra grip later. (I may have taken photos but would be quite happy not to publish on consideration of a sma.., er, a substantial fee ... ) |

Really looking forward to the return to Donington. We have a better idea of why the car was poor and it was not all down to the driver. We are out in the car this weekend in a sprint. It will be interesting to see how it goes against the road car.
What happened to Matlockscot at Thruxton? |

It was all going well, up to 4th after 15 minutes, when I was unceremoniously shunted from behind and left beached on the kerbs at the chicane. Safety car required to free me, 5 laps down!
See you at Donington |
