James Allen commented that Elf had taken a new fuel to Singapore (and presumably Japan) for Renault which could explain the improved performance from Renault. And maybe Red Bull don't have access to the same fuel?

Racer 35 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Is it true that Renault and Honda are going to be allowed to update their engines to bring them to 'parity' with the top teams? If so, does Renault really need it? They seem to be plenty fast enough at the last 2 GP's, and an extra 30 horses will have them disappearing into the distance, won't it?
