I spoke to Mike Newton just before he left for Istanbul on Wednesday. He has arranged for the Osprey to be there, and Tommy Erdos. They might not be there first thing as the Osprey is comming up from Wiltshire that morning, and Mike and Tommy will not get back from Istanbul until Monday night but they will be there.

wow, that's ace i can't wait. Knowing the number of photos i usually take i doubt i'd be able to email them but they will be put on the tinterweb for all and sundry to see and use for what ever purpose they see necessary! What does our Oulton Weatherman say the likely outlook is?

[U][B]URGENT TRAFFIC FLASH!! A49 IS NOW OPEN AT ACTON BRIDGE SO ANYONE COMING FROM M56 J10 CAN GET TO OULTON PARK WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.
The TBP Motorsport/Wolfdirectracing Punto that was at Brands will be coming as well, thanks to Richard Beaty and his merry men. Hopefully it will stay out of the gravel this time! |

Bill is under strict instructions to give me a full report of the day - including best (and worst) driver nominations. I shall keep you posted. Please enjoy your day (and thanks to all involved in organising it) - but please don't make too much work for the lads on the bank - it is Bill's night to cook tea and I don't want him too knackered, do I!!!!! |

Yes he did get his nose wiped, its all been fixed now, I saw it last week when I was at wolfdirectracing, its a quick car and hopefully I'll get to drive it again. Julian Brown, who raced it this season is coming along to take marshals out in it.
I'm told he is a very good teacher, so anyone interested in having a go , ask him on the day. I dont suppose anyone has any wheels for a cinquecento sporting that they want to get rid of?I could do with a set to put a second set of tyres on. |

Thanks for that , If he's got any wheels he wants to get shut of, then I'm interested.I don't really want another car tho, (cant afford the flack!)
Not sure how to PM you, but if you are going to the track day find me there and swap details.I'll be with the wolfdirectracing crowd. |
