Kondo Racing and NATC (GT300) will skip Thailand and SUGO round next season.
So they must be C-group (non seeded). https://www.nissan-gakuen.ac.jp/uplo..._A4_201810.pdf |

Right now there's no modern Supra roadcar, either. Just a concept that they're promising to make into a roadcar. Hasn't stopped them from picking it for NASCAR XFinity. Toyota has been rumored for a few months no to be looking at reviving either the Celica or the MR2. If they've made a decision and want to partner with someone to help promote it.... |

The Swiss entrants denied that info, saying that HWA have their "own" 2L "independently" from Merc. Still very questionable if HWA have the ability and resources to do so. All in all it's positive that Aston is interested in Japan market. But. DTM is going to be highly cost capped with no developing. I really hope that GT500 retain their engineering perfection and constructors' battles. So, puzzle is still not complete. |

I knew that Honda might create an NSX FR but what's gonna happen to the mid-engine GT500 car unless GTA made an exception?
I mean, cars must always retain the original engine placement and Honda is abide by it. You can't have a manufacturer make a situation similar to the soon-retired Toyota Prius GT300 car which is mid-engined. |

There is rumors that Honda hasn't given up on a S2000 replacement. The clues point to the Honda Sport EV Concept. In Honda's annual report they state they will debut a new FCEV in 2020(my guess is that will be the production Sport EV). I see Honda doing the same thing with the Sport EV that they did with the Clarity(FCEV,BEV and HEV versions).

The cars will just be the 2018 Mercedes DTM cars with a Vantage body shape on them. |

Okay, dude, seriously, give it a rest. Nobody cares. They're going to be Aston Martin badged, and that's all that anyone cares about when discussing the matter. Constantly being nitpicky over the fact that it's being primarily spearheaded by this one team is getting extremely annoying. |

Red Bull are involved in the AM DTM car as well. That's big because RB are in partnership with Honda for at least the next 2 years in F1. Pieces could fall into place.

Autosport magazine's SGT report
*Aston Martin might participate in SGT (GT500 or GT300). *There was a rumor that a certain GT500 Team might switch the machine from Lexus/Nissan. *Honda has developed FR-NSX prototype. They had carried out the shakedown test at Okayama. And they will test that chassis at Motegi in November. *Silly season rumor. Nissan driver Struan Moore had visited Motegi test. He is seeking for SGT seat. |

Then we can guess that it will be a Mercedes C63, with Aston Martin Vantage body and Honda engine. |
