Thank you Peter, I see one pic pleasing at least two posters! As to the the white smoke is a Milanese ref to "we have a Pope"? Or my engine had a pop!

Beautiful selection of cars there Bob. Hard to justify pointing out a favourite as they are all great pics of gorgeous machinery but to me the Ferrari in #778 (a 246 or 801, whichever is irrelevant to my point) is just the epitome to me of what I use to perve in Dads Motor Sport mags when I was a kid.... the last of the front engined cars. Credit where credit is due that second photo down in #778 is glorious and a joy to see.
The #24 Talbot Lago T23 in the 'pre-war' Donington VSCC set is a standout too. All three sets are great but those two photos to me were stunning. Simple but stunning. I had a bit of a nostalgic moment over todays offerings! Thats quite enough praise from me for today..... any more and you wont find a hat or cap large enough to cover the shiny bits on the top of your head! Got to go to the chemist to get my tablets! Thanks as usual. |

I share EB's view on all the sets and particularly the Ferrari.

Thanks, both of you, from the viewing figures it obvious that a lot of people enjoy the pictures, but not many say so, Thank you both very much for your encouragement.
Mate, Bob. |
