The diffuser area can probably be made better, and I'm sure the now huge rear brake intakes are not good for Le Mans...
Audi ran them on the '07 cars post Le Mans and even the '06 cars used them after the Le Mans break last year.

Petit 2007:

Looking through my images I don't see them before but my personal photo record isn't race to race so I'll certainly defer if proof exists.

Carbon fiber, good to see Audi go from metal to carbon fiber for the intake.

I am not sure if this has been mentioned. Premat crashed a R10 on Monday during a private test in Sebring. The same thing happened to McNish last year and that messed up Audi's planning.

Those are all going to be quite difficult to get because Audi is still keeping a lot of things underwraps.

I'd head over to Ultimatecarpage.com and see what Wouter Melissen can do for you

Does anyone know whether the R10 has traction control? In the beginning they ran without, because TC was too hard on the gearbox. Is this still the case?

How about Peugeot?

While hadrly conclusive and I'll have to double check the pictures when I get home, but I'm pretty sure I saw a "TC" button on the 908's steering wheel. As for the R10 I'm unsure though I can make an inquiry.

The R10 raced with TC from 2007 on, the 908 was equipped with TC from the beginning.

Just had a reply from Juttner, TC has been on the R10 since the last 2 races of 2006.

With the R10 era possibly towards the end I present this onboard video. The R10 battles the RS Spyder at Long Beach. In my opinion it sounds quite nice in the video, very purposeful.

I am sure not everyone else will agree, but it's a great video overall.

Thanks for the link. I think the R10 has always sounded really nice, it's just too quiet to hear properly more often than not.
