Cars generally work better with four wheels.

Not anymore!

So after all that, it's not actually the rain preventing us from going green.

Ridiculous race really, but good entertainment. Youtube advertising algorithm got it all wrong, hours with no ads, then a 30 second and a 15 second ad on the last bloody lap. I turned it off in full rage!

Now question is will the 7 keep their victory? Last year the car didn't pass post race scrutineering so you never know. And again, sad that the 85 was taken out of contention with that penalty, very harsh 5 minutes stop and go.
So the winners are (unofficially):
  • GTP: #7 Porsche
  • LMP2: #88 AF Corse
  • GTD PRO: #23 Aston
  • GTD: #57 Mercedes

I saw Felipe Nasr's crash at Indianapolis last week-end. He was looking so disappointed behind the fence that I am happy he won today.

Well, just goes to prove... that wether its accidents or weather, the people in charge made sure that the fans got to see a completed race, as well as a contested race, be it Spa, Watkins Glen, or even Le Mans.
