As an aside: “this age of subscriptions and geoblocking” - you mean like when we had to buy newspapers, magazines, cable or whatever content we wanted and couldn’t readily access content from other countries without paying to go there?

Right now it's Hindy (who's been on since 1989), Joe Bradley (who made his debut in the 90s) and Nick Daman (who made his debut in 2007).

Those are pretty regular.

Just so you know Hindy is short for John Hindhaugh. He was instrumental in keeping Radio Le Mans going and expanding it to cover all the series it does now.

He doesn’t have an Australian accent.

Wonder if it was Richard Craill. Radio Show Limited has a podcast he does called On The Grid and sometimes is on their other show stuff such as Midweek Motorsports.

No, this has been his first stint. Good though, from recollection he wasn’t on at all during the race last year.

First race stint.

He was also on during FP1 and FP4, and did a qualifying analysis show on Friday lunchtime.

He's been seriously ill: You can't expect him to do every session and the full race any more.

I know all of that. I was referring specifically to the race - as I said at the end of my post. Trussers is actually a personal friend of about 25 years.
