I think it would be a different story now. The cars were close in 2018 (closer than I think Kristoffersson is given credit for) and the other teams have had another year of development.

I personally think Kristoffersson would struggle to be competitive in a KMS car.

Bakkerud hinting about an announcement on Facebook. Part of me thinks maybe they've got a team together and will run ex EKS Audis but part of me also thinks the Megane.
Liam had a good run in it back in Loheac so I wonder if he preferred the style of it, I certainly don't think that the way the Audi had to be driven suited the approach of either Doran or Bakkerud.

I think the Megane is more likely at this point. Real shame if two of the 2018 specification EKS cars go unused this year.

Kristofferson also teasing an announcement: could it be connected to the Bakkerud announcement? (Monster is a common sponsor)

Yeah, I see a few mentions of "VW Motorsport services". A comment on Facebook seems to be suggesting that is a show car and not the real deal (which might explain the older wing).

Yeah, I wonder if the move is going to make life more difficult for Bakkerud (again). Sure I recall Liam making an off hand comment about GCK (on Facebook) last year? Wonder how he feels about them now!
