If anyone else becomes aware of a reduction or increase in their numbers, can you let me know please.
If you find that at the last minute (even on the day) that you would like to bring a couple more, then it shouldn't be a problem. If anyone believes that this may include them, then PM me and I'll give you my mobile number.
If your not on the list yet, but are thinking about it, please join us as we are all just motorsport/ GT racing and Bathurst 12 hour fans who are going to have a nice meal, a drink or two and a few laughs.

For any of you attending the dinner or thinking of attending, especially if your camping and are wondering how you are going to get to and from the restaurant if your going to have a drink or two, that the taxi service is pretty good and you may want to hook up with some of the other guys/girls and share a cab. It's only a 5 minute drive into town.
I'm staying only a couple of minutes from the track and will have a couple of spare seats in my car if you need a lift.

Definitely not too late and great that you can both make it.
We can still take names for a couple of weeks yet and even up to the day as long as there are no big numbers involved.
