If the rumour is 2x 200 km races it will only be a splash and dash during the driver change. no tyres as it takes longer and to be honest they will go the distant with out the fuel stop. Untill the muppets justify the cost and make a compulsiry stop for x amount of fuel.

if so may I suggest that you post that in the V8ST te news thread, as that plus the confirmed refuellelling is big news for the series going into R2 for the enduros.... mods can you assist here? |

Endurance races with full pitstops is great but isn't that harming the smaller teams? Do these teams have enough trained mechanics?

Scratch the refuelling, not going to happen. Lack of parts so I was told.

then told them all that they did not have enough parts for everyone so scrapped the idea and kept the money??? No doubt some of the smaller teams will receive theirs a day or two before the last round and have to fit them in a rush, while other teams have them fitted already. |

were the enduro rounds not on the calendar from the outset ? if it was a clubmans style enduro (not unlike the SI series ), the teams would source their own kit for a possibly much reduced cost and fit it to the car with room to test with their respective crews in it's operation........... would they not ?? |
