Argentinian fans are far from happy about Mazzacane being in the team. The paint job of the car will in fact be red with the Argie flag as a stripe on the side

eeeek!

FIAGT.com has been redesigned, it got ugly! (IMO )

Although, they've used the same style of navigation I do on Ryan's new site (launched on thursday btw ) - so I like it

I may have missed this in the FIA GT 2008 thread, but what is this pre-qualifying session all about this year?

Oh my god, it seems they had to follow that ugly modern trend of splitting up your site in as many small annoying fields as possible making it impossible to read a site in a normal way. Way to go SRO...

Just been informed of the weather forecast, thanks Marcel...

Marcel says:

I'm not really sure what its for, but we'll find out at the weekend I guess. Another good photo op I guess!

As for the weather, I could stay up here and probably get better weather!

"Pre-qualifying" - another way of them saying 'practice session #2' - I wouldn't read anything into that!

Pre-Qualifying:
A single 80-minute free practice session will be followed by an 80-minute pre-qualifying session. This will allow all drivers to qualify for the race, meaning that any driver – and not only those who take part in the qualifying session – will be able to take the start the race.
as TheNewBob said

They could have just said "all drivers that take part in free practice can take the start, even if they did not qualify the car for the race"

Either Carsport Holland or Vitaphone are my pick, the DBR9's are just gradually falling behind year after year. Prodrive are the only ones who seem to be able to keep them in winning form.

my pick for the race win is either the vitaphone maserati or the GLPK corvette, maybe the race alliance or gigawave astons, but ultimately i would love to see the 550 fezza win, that would be wonderful or the murcielago

im looking forward to being deafened by the un-silences DBR9's, porsches and ferrari 430 GTC's which sound incredible on the downshifts.
