Well you have to take your hat off to Sutton. It seems that hardly any use of hybrid isn't enough to slow him down, showing that he relies on his skill. However fortunes can easily change tomorrow. With Hill alongside him, it will be interesting if the Beemer beats the Ford off the line. We should be in for a race there.
Good to see Collard 3rd, he certainly seems to be a bit more relaxed this weekend judging by his interview. Has someone had a word in his ear. Also good to see Taylor-Smith up there. Nice to see him going so well in that Astra after two tough years in the Cupra. Good to see Bobby T up there again too. Really gutting for Colin. 7th wasn't a great position, but it's a damn sight better than starting at the back! Let's see if he can make progress Enjoyment of qualifying once again spoilt by constant penalties for track limits. Isn't it time they looked more at the cause of these infractions? |

Guess those who have gone for hards for race 1 are gambling on no rain for race 3.

Taylor Smith been the biggest rolling roadblock all season. What is his obsession with driving round the inside of the track with his main aim of holding everyone up.

13 B&W flags for track limits but no penalties. Definitely saw some with warnings still going off.

Butcher was off the road, wasn't he? Think it wasn't caught by the commentators but I'm quite sure I've seen Toyota off the track. Or maybe that's just me seeing things

Butcher was off through the gravel at one point, cameras just caught it but commentary did not.
Taylor-Smith and Rowbottom accident looked rather odd. With Ingram back up there, should be a good battle for race 2. |

regarding this false starts thing, i seen so many old races including F1 where it was really blatant and no fuzz was made of it
