Interesting to note that the owner of the ACEMCO car has chosen to run the car in the 2004 Pirelli livery, but with 2005 style silver mirrors (as opposed to 2004's yellow). 2004 2005 Last edited by Mechanic Z; 17 Nov 2015 at 00:58. |

Thanks for the compliments everyone! It looks better on Flickr than on Facebook. I just linked FB since the uploads were faster (tiff vs jpg)
Just found this shot of the S7R last night: Daytona R3-2 by arvin, on Flickr Daytona HSR - Saleen S7R by arvin, on Flickr I hope a lot of these cars show up at Sebring in a couple of weeks. Last edited by AFC-911; 17 Nov 2015 at 16:05. |

Love the Saleen admiration shown here
@Mechanic: the yellow mirrors were horribly distracting so I'm glad they ditched em |

Was the Saleen actually running with it's original yellow headlights, or were they the white ones like GT1s had in FIA GT? I've seen several twilight shots and vids here and they look white to me... I think! Of course, being quite color blind doesn't help
Edit - oh bummer just learned this event won't be back until 2017 just like LM Classic it becomes biannual, but it's sadder with this one as the range of machinery is much more interesting Edit 2 - looks like that was mentioned few pages back already but had somehow missed it... There'll still be a regular HSR event at Daytona the same weekend next year (much like prior to 2014 and the other regular HSR events at various tracks), just not the 24H format. And again in conjunction with Trans-Am.
I'm sure many of the 24H entrants will be back. See http://www.hsrrace.com/2016-Schedule.html |

Not a clue but maybe the Sebring one first weekend of December might give you a clue. Or the ones next year.
