Neate showing why he shouldn’t be in the BTCC again!🤬

Well that looked very blatant by Neate. Especially since he got together with Boardley at turn one, was that revenge?
Finally, Turkington gets a share of bad luck. Sutton still very quick. |

My goodness, that looked like something from a NASCAR race there from Neate
Surely deliberate. I thought Neate's performances on the whole were slightly better this season but that was terrible |

I expect TOC will be a lot closer to Goff when he loses the 45kg for the 2nd race. Team HARD aren't going to be spending money on parts for it when it's being retired and they're spending money on the new car so I expect shocks, brakes etc are running longer than for most teams. |

Not sure Carl Boardley would be the driver I'd be ramming off the track. LUFC fan too
Happy to see Ingram win. Championship needed that. Going to all close up with Turks problems |

Dick Bennets shouldn't bolster with reliability, it's like calling out for bad luck...
and Neate on Boardley was utterly idiotic when there was plenty of space on the right side |

Neate needs banning for that, completely deliberate. And his missus complaining on FB that Boardley had taken him out...

Tense finish, good first win for Ingram. Bad day on the cards for Turkington. Neate valiantly undoing this year's efforts to dispel his poor BTCC reputation. Austin being that guy on iRacing who sits behind you flashing his lights despite not being faster (admittedly e did get by Smiley at the end, so maybe the flashing helped eventually).
I do hope the extended ITV contract can somehow permit an extra camera or two... what happened to Hill? And Osbourne? And Osbourne? |

We'll ignore Boardley pushing Neate onto the grass during the opening laps then.

Regardless, Neate purposely (and very obviously) punting him off, causing risk to Boardley, other drivers, and those trackside, let alone accident damage, deserves being banned for the rest of the season at least.

I don't think the cameras caught everything and camera angles can give false impressions. None of the camera angles showed Neate actually hitting Boardley as TH seemed to think, yet the damage to Neate's rear door could suggest Boardley was the culprit in the lead up to that.

Very, very scary moment in the MINIs. Red flag. Hope he's ok.

For me there's no discussion, Neate's move looked stupid and unfair, he should be penalised for that.

That was crazy, these Minis are not safe if that can happen.
