Outside turn 1 for fans is literally the support pitlane exit. It is a cool spot. I've done it once but the exiting after race start means you have to cross the bridge at S/F and that's a lot walking early in the day. |

I don't mind the walking, I generally expect at least a blister on race weekends. There's too much I want to see and take in to not have to walk every 20 minutes or so. |

Wow... a huge political move...
Sad to see a race in freakin' China is now more important to one of the US's top sportscar teams than Petit. |

Very tough hit on the chin... |

Happy I chose early in the year not to attend Petit... not interested at all in seeing the DP's beat up a Ligier.
Sorry for all of the Tenthers attending. You guys got screwed. |

It will really suck not to see the two ESM carts at Petit. I don't hold it against ESM--they are a business and need to expand and increase profits.
Petit will be almost entirely Rolex now--I bet this negatively impacts ticket sales. |

Don't worry Deltathing will be there to challenge the mighty dayton prutos.
At least the Marsh car. For first 45 mins before it breaks up. |

Can't wait to see how IMSA try and spin this news.
Ironic that the team pulls out, taking a lot of the gloss off the finale to the "Tequila Patrón North American Endurance Cup". |

That really is the best part isn't it. We will sponsor the race, but think racing there isn't worth our time....

I'd expect something like that from Shank racing but at least respect your fans enough to finish the season. Think we all expected maybe a NAEC season for them at the most in 2015 but now good riddance and wish them nothing but engine failures.

No, cause the cheap Chinese Protan Tequila (in their 'traditional' black & green colors) have taken up all that space already!

Ouch what a further blow to the already crippled petit Le Mans, can you say bye bye petit in the years to come?

ESM warned IMSA they would leave and I have more respect for people who Do rather than do all talk.
