No, he doesn't have to known what is happening 5 years ago, all he has to do is have a get out clause in his contract with the TV show if it clashes with a round of the championship, like most professional drivers would have in any contract not related to your main source of income

i have worked out the times for UK & CET, 2.05pm GMT 3.05pm CET for both races. i just hope now someone will show this live as it on a safe time for me or if need be someone gives me a internet place to watch it!
