It just seem like JW is more than happy to let his top driver go, the best driver in the comp. Even at years end if possible? Jess is a partner in the business, if she decided to leave and live in the states for the for seeable future, some more shares in the company may come up for sale. His job is to win championships, you don't normally roll out the red carpet.

Shane has said he is there in 24, and has seemed happy to do another year. Jamie has been saying he can go early if he wants, I happy to let him go at the end of the season.

Interesting from Singapore Here
Presumption of innocence til proven otherwise of course.. However any delegation involved in trying to get a V8Supercar event to run at the Singapore Grand Prix would have needed all stakeholders to sign off.. (Is that the sound of a duck being shot I hear?) |

If.. Singapore is a ‘fully funded’ event, why would it not just add another event to the calendar rather than lose one to get one?
Or do I need a legal definition of ‘fully funded’? |

Absolutely, I’m surprised WAU haven’t forced him out yet…23rd in the championship is poor for one of the top teams. This is probably the most wasted seat in the main game. He’s 46 points ahead of Jack Smith

If Red Bull is up for renewal at season's end, who would be the ideal candidate to 'guarantee' wins for the team and the brand?
It sounds silly to suggest Mr Whincup.. but its not impossible... even if only for a year til they get who they really want/already have contracted for that seat.. |

Speedcafe reporting that SVG is leaving for NASCAR, next year.
JDub back steering next year, or potential young gun to be signed? Renee Gracie to 888, imagine Red Bull combined with OnlyFans- a marketing dream! |

Interesting way to announce it.. not the usual 888 style, with next bloke or blokette anointed and introduced in a seamless way. Wonder about Mr Dane’s view of all of that… Not sure about a part time NASCAR schedule.. seems odd.. with lots of time left in this year to tune the licencing if that what is needed. Replacement? It will be interesting.. maybe Mr Tander jumped to Grove a year too soon Mr Whincup can’t seriously be an option Ms de Silvestro was in line for the 3rd seat there once.. Usual suspects in Mr Waters, Mr Mostert, Mr Reynolds, Mr Hazelwood, Mr Le Brocq… are available mostly on buyout… And let’s not forget there are a bunch of international pilots looking for a gig, especially after Audi is disbanding their works driver program.. Presuming Red Bull comes back too… |

If WAU are serious about Coulthard for 2024, every chance they make the change immediately post Bathurst this year, why wait any longer. |

SO Davey is trying another team. I bet he kicks himself right now leaving Erebus.
I would think his Penrite coin might assist Charlie as neither Scotty or Frosty have set the world on fire. Interesting few months pending. What chance Ritchie of RBR ? |

I just don't know what to think of it. He's done so well at enduros, but he really didn't do well in solo rounds, but he was also at Tickford. Perhaps at RBR he will be able to deliver. There's no doubt his stints at Bathurst deserved far better than the result they got. As fast as anybody and faultless. |

Honestly hope Triple 8 make a play for somebody like Heimgartner, it'd be pretty intriuging to see what he could do in a top car.
BTW, slightly OT, is GTRMagic some sort of insider with some form of credibility on the series? I'm kinda assuming as I'm new to the game, given his regular popups on these silly season threads. |
