According to various reports, AlphaTauri is set to undergo a name change in 2024. The name will change to "Racing Bulls". May be, Red Bull isn't getting much competition so they decided to compete with their own second team

'Racing' doesn't really sound good at the beginning of racing team names does it? Would going back to Toro Rosso be bad? I thought it was an excellent team name. |

Quite, olfactory is a bit smelly. I can't imagine Racing Bulls (being a) hit.

If true, that is a horrible name. It's like if someone was trying to make up a name that sounded like Red Bull, but didn't want to violate IP. Like if someone was making a McDonalds knockoff restaurant and named it Mick Dees. Actually I think "Mick Dees" is more creative than "Racing Bulls"

I think that it is a shame that the entry fee doesn't impact the annual budget, especially as RBR have been so dominant this year. Of course success should be rewarded, but in the same way that each team's entry fee is based on the points accrued and their finishing place generates the amount they receive from the prize fund from FOM, in a very small way it might balance out if they were only able to spend a slightly reduced amount in comparison to the other teams. |

I don't think I've seen it confirmed, but I've heard that Sargeant has perhaps been told that he will be retained for 2024, after a slight suggestion that there would be a budget to promote Vesti if he won the F2 title, which he didn't of course.

Well team radio said something to the effect of can't wait to get back to work with you next year to Sargeant so take that for what it is worth, sounded like Vowles

Seeing as Fernando likes a planted rear end and will understeer his way around the track, that seems to be the opposite of Max's driving style and we all know who the car will be designed to suit.

so if Logan retains his Williams seat, and sort of sounds like he will, then the grid for next year will be the same as it was for the last several races of this year?
i suppose all very sensible choices but mega boring ones as well imo. |
