It is always interesting to hear what race teams spend in different series. Those costs don't really seem that bad compared to some other GT series. Does anybody know what a GT500 season costs?

Not so sure about that. If they abandon the SC they'll probably move to the IS F or IS-C. They run the Supra a whole 6 years after production finished even though SC was already in the lineup.

That's cool. From above it brings back memories of the Castrol Supra.

I dont think their design-a-livery competiton would be nearly as popular if they didnt put the winning livery on the real car though...

Man, that HSV looks sweet, I think the Raybrig has the best livery, followed by the ARTA HSV. Also, what's different with the '2012' regulations for GT300 that the Subaru is complying to?

Thank you. I'm Okay.
But the main course of the Motegi circuit seems to have received damage.
I worry whether to have damaged the SUGO circuit. Because it is near the earthquake center.

I only hope that there won't be more earthquake and tsunami victims. You can always restore tracks. Autosport is not everything in this life.

Yes.
According to media, the trouble occurs in two nuclear plants in Fukushima.
Because the trouble was caused in the refrigerator of the nuclear reactor, the reactor core cannot be controlled.
There is a possibility that the nuclear accident is generated.

Sorry, off topic.

No.1 nuclear reactor of Fukushima No.1 nuclear plant seems to have exploded.
Either of the reactor building or the turbine building has been damaged.
The radiation was observed on the site in the nuclear plant.

Alex K has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Where you from than mate?
Remember Chernobyl explosion, were living in Poland back than, so I know how it feels. Major disaster, I doubt the season will kick off in the next three, four months... which is sad.
Take care...

Japan is pretty used to the earthquake scenario. Though this one is exceptionally strong. Strongest on record for Japan it was said. I think they'll make it out ok though. They're a pretty strong country.

Anything can happen with those plants (and where the radiation would flow)... it's not looking good, isn't it? Fukushima-Daini, as well as the most problematic plant Fukushima-Daiichi, has been evacuated with 10km radius. According to NHK and BBC, "if people were exposed to this level of radiation [which is now measured outside of the plant] for an hour they'd receive the same amount of radiation they normally would in a year".

I live in Hiroshima away from the nuclear plant by hundreds of kilos.
The government admits the fact with the explosion in Fukushima No.1 nuclear plant.
However, it is uncertain whether the nuclear reactor exploded.
The outside wall of the nuclear reacter building has collapsed according to the TV report.
