The local hospitals were not full and the reports of a few being at capacity in Miami were incorrect and not up to date with beds.

Also, trauma units are NOT used for covid care in any way. They are set aside and not to be used for not trauma events by policy and law in some places. Trauma crews are not tasked with covid or other long term care by design.
