Few random paddock pics from the meeting....
I’ve always loved the 924 GTR / GTP, so good to see one in CER1 again. The registration plate is interesting- Czech emigre Vasek Polak founded the first Porsche dealership in the USA, and went on to prepare and race them for a long period. Sadly he died in 1997 from a heart attack after surviving a 110mph crash in a 997 on an autobahn in Germany, and the Hermosa Beach dealership is no more, but the licence plate frames are very much sought after.... |

Eastern European tractors. The green one looks a similar layout to a Field Marshal, with horizontal single cylinder engine.....

And in contrast to the Peugeot 201, the most incredibly well restored Skoda, and a well laden Fiat 126- but actually a ‘Polski Fiat’.......
