Id love to know how much Renault have spent on testing this year. It seems like every few weeks they are out with a 2018 car. In recent memory they went to Hungaroring with Guanyu Zhou, Barcelona with Alonso they are currently at Bahrain with Lundgaard (surprised they are allowed to do this one before the GP), pre Austria GP with Ocon, Ricciardo.

As mentioned they are at Bahrain right now with Christian Lundgaard while the race team are at Imola.

Still, it is nice to see their commitment to the junior driver program.

They are improving which is good to see. I will follow them next year even after Ricciardo has left and the irritable and ungrateful old man has rejoined them.

I thought did quite well with Renault, he’s helped the team move up the table, as evidenced by three podiums last year. I wish him well where ever he goes and hope Alpine don’t suffer in his absence

Considering where Renault where when they returned in 2016 you have to say he's done quite well. I know he wasn't everyone's cup of tea, but he managed to get the right drivers where he could and drivers like Ocon have said good things about him
