So frustrating watch this on tv, why do modern sports coverage directors continue after decades, to think we are all far more interested in watching people looking at monitors than we are at watching track action? Just ruins the whole experience of watching sport like this, where you are not really allowed to settle in and work out what is going on because some wanna be film director wants to make a movie instead of a sports event.

Toyota swap the 7 and 8. Seems a bit odd. 7 sticks onto the rear of the 8, as if to make a point.

Lead 92 Porsche being told that to win they have to double the tyres. It sounded desperate.

Toyota's hybrid doesn't work too well when overtaking on the grass!

Lopez doing what Lopez does and found that there is indeed grass and gravel that requires further investigation.

It's got close at the front. Ebbing and slowing with the back markers.

Only 2 Hours to go! Wait.
Not sure the 8 will challenge the 7. GTE-Pro battle has opened up again. |

#1 to the garage. That's going to be behind the Ginettas when the race ends.

#1 into the garage for a quick service before the end? I presume they will get it back out? Although they don't have too many laps before they lose positions.

Does the #1 get a BoP boost for finishing far back even if the #3 finishes third? |

#3 30 second penalty for "technical infringement". Whatever that means.

Good race that. Not a classic...but I think we'll struggle to get any classics out of this season.
LMP1 was pretty poor all round. Not a single team would even classify as "decent". LMP2 and GTE Pro were fun. Could've done with another couple of hours. |

I'm having trouble actually finding any information in LMP1's success ballast though. |
