Dovi out-Marquez'd Marquez! Outstanding move.

100% agree. If you haven't seen it try to watch at least the 3 last laps. They were awesome nailbiters. To be honest, if Dovizioso cannot win from Marquez on this track, he could just as well go home. The Red Bull Ring is made for the Ducati.

The last few laps were awesome between these two.

Did anybody else see that Pramac Ducati have apparently dumped Jack Miller for Lorenzo in 2020?

Seems a bit daft imo.

Lots of rumours but nothing substantiated.

As you say Gordon, top class racing in all 3 categories and that Dovi move on the last corner was classic, reminded me of VR finishes a few years back when he would pounce at the last minute, he had Gibernau in tears a couple of times, totally destroyed. Come to that if the Yamaha had a few more beans VR would be right up there, good result for him too finishing 4th.

According to Davide Tardozzi it won't be happening

I’d rather them keep Miller too

Zarco has announced him and KTM will part ways at years end. Not a massive surprise but thought they might write off this year as a learning year and give 2020 a go.

I hope so.

This is all I could find: https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/92...top-management

Seemed to leave it as "to be decided by top management".

Watched the highlights on quest this morning, this circuit seems to be a bit of specialty for Dovi, what a last lap move that was. Out Marquezing Marquez as they say

It was "interesting" to see a certain man by the name of B Ecclestone on the grid walkabout in Austria ! Hmmm, the only thing he would say was "maybe a team"

Yes it's a pity for something as important as it's one of the best motorised sports going !! I pay for BT Sport as it's also available in Spain as well without any dodgy VPNs, showing all the practice sessions live from 8.45 tomorrow
At least the weather is looking "slightly" better than last years non event

If he can get it off the line to the first corner he may well stand a podium chance but I wouldn't bet against the Honda and Ducati out dragging him from the start. Love to see him up the front.

What a race. Blimey that finish. The commentary on BT says it all on the last lap.

Well done Rins, it's hard to beat Marquez, so it's nice to see him been beaten in a straight fight.

A great finish, and Rin`s thought the penultimate lap was the last lap.! A good practice for the last corner line up and overtake.

it was a very nice finish again... especially as Marquez lost
but what's up with Vinales and his mustache .. looks worse than Vettel's at the beginning of the year

Crikey, when was the last time a KTM started on the front row. (In Moto GP) 12th of never? Only a whisker from pole too.
Good luck to them in the race.
